Each Day is a Sublime Encounter
Whether you're exploring historic cities, savouring local delicacies, or unwinding in luxury spas, every moment of your retreat is thoughtfully curated for your enjoyment. Temple Retreats Spain is designed with the intention of guiding you through the seven areas of rest as defined in psychology, allowing you to experience true restoration and renewal.
As you journey with us through the breathtaking landscapes of Spain, you'll have the opportunity to explore each area of rest in depth:
1. Physical Rest: Treat your body to luxurious spa experiences, gentle movement activities, and restorative treatments that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
2. Mental Rest: Unwind your mind through mindfulness practices, guided meditation sessions, and reflective exercises designed to quiet the noise and cultivate inner peace.
3. Emotional Rest: Take time to process your emotions, release stress, and foster emotional resilience through therapeutic workshops and supportive group discussions.
4. Social Rest: Connect with like-minded individuals, forge meaningful connections, and cultivate a sense of belonging within our supportive community of fellow retreat participants.
5. Sensory Rest: Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature, indulge in sensorial experiences, and find solace in the simplicity of quiet moments spent in contemplation.
6. Creative Rest: Reignite your creativity through artistic expression, hands-on workshops, and immersive cultural experiences that inspire and uplift the soul.
7. Spiritual Rest: Nourish your spirit through moments of reflection, spiritual exploration, and connection with the divine, allowing you to find meaning and purpose in your life's journey.
At Temple Retreats, our goal is to provide you with a holistic experience that addresses your need for rest in all its forms. This is what our Temple Retreat travelers had to say...
This trip exceeded all my expectations! The best part about it was that all I did was pack my passport and clothes, check my flights, and head off into the unknown. It was so wonderful not to have to think about logistics and plans but just turn up each day for a day full of surprises. Every detail was taken care of and the work and thought that went into the trip was phenomenal - from a daily thoughtful gift to the experiences and food each day. I would not hesitate to make it an annual trip. It was food for my mind, body and soul and couldn't have come at a better time for me personally. Well done to two extremely capable and special women who make an incredible team! -- Angela
Truly a trip of a lifetime, only I want to do this every year????. I came home refreshed and invigorated. Every woman who is “doing it all” will benefit from taking this time to recharge your body and refocus your mind on your goals and what is important to you. -- Tanya
I loved loved loved everything about this trip and would recommend every woman that can, to go!! Will send a video when I'm dressed in my "power colour" with my glass of Cava!!! -- Kitty
