1. Cleanse and moisturise daily: Cleansing your skin removes dirt, oil, and impurities, while moisturising helps to keep it hydrated and supple. These two steps are the foundation of any skincare routine and should be done every morning and evening.
2. Protect your skin from the sun: Sun damage is one of the leading causes of premature ageing. Make sure to apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even on cloudy days. 3. Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water is essential for maintaining healthy skin. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day to keep your skin hydrated and glowing.
4. Get enough sleep: Dead scrolling on social media before bed? Not only will lack of sleep can take a toll on your skin, but also the harmful blue light can lead to dullness and dark circles. Aim for seven to eight hours of quality sleep every night to allow your skin to repair and rejuvenate.
