Hours:

We need someone to become a part of our temple family team and help us with casual shifts with a possibility of part time in the future. 

We are open Monday- Saturday and occasional Sundays, with three late nights per week. Your days will be flexible, however we would love you to be available most Fridays and Saturdays. From time to time as other therapists are on leave or demand is extra high, we would have up to 5 days a week work on offer. We will aim for a mutually beneficial work/ life balance work week.

Remuneration:

Dependent on skills and experience and reviewed regularly based on performance. Includes a generous and achievable bonus structure. We pay bonuses monthly and assess growth in quarterly reviews. 

Essential Attributes:

• Minimum Diploma qualified Beauty Therapist with minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a similar role, in a spa setting.
• Must be highly proficient in multiple styles of Massage and have a loving nurturing touch. 
• Must have great understanding about skin conditions. 
• Must have experience and confidence in prescribing skincare to correct skin needs. 
• Must have an understanding of different treatment modalities and how they correct the skin even if you are not trained in their use. 
• Must understand the importance of customer service and ensuring that the guests have a five star treatment focused on exceeding their expectations with all the little touch points.
