If you’re still in “work mode” after snapping your laptop shut or putting the kids to bed, this is the perfect blend to help you reset and recharge, so you can enjoy some down time in the evening.

This is the perfect little 7pm tonic to help you unwind. With uplifting ylang ylang and pettigrain for clarity , it also contains lavender to help soothe and calm. Like a supportive friend, it helps signal the end of the working day and sets the mood for an evening spent relaxing on the sofa rather than frantically checking emails. Whether you’re planning on a few hours of much-needed me-time (or family time), first step into the shower with this and wash off the stresses of the day – to nourish the skin and quieten the mind.
